ingredients
2/ A bouquet of chopped cilantro and Almadnos .
3/ 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped.
4/ tablespoons of olive oil.
5/ 1/2 tsp of chili pepper
6/ 1/2 tsp of cumin
7/ salt
Mix in utensil chiken and other ingredients for one hour after we get meat into skewers
(5 pieces ). And grilled over low heat coal from both sides for 5 minutes.
Serve hot accompanied by a green bean salad
